The Role
You review AI-suggested guest lists and fine-tune the mix. Every table of 8–10 founders is intentionally composed — industry diversity, stage mix, complementary personalities. You decide who sits where.
You guide conversation without dominating it. You read the room, draw out the quiet person, gently redirect the one talking too much, and make sure everyone leaves feeling heard. Your job is to make others shine.
You own your city. Select venues, build restaurant relationships, and become the person local founders trust. You operate with autonomy — backed by the brand, technology, and sponsor relationships we provide.
When attendees experience Founders Dinners, they experience you. Your warmth, professionalism, and care define the brand in your market. You're not an employee — you're a partner building something meaningful.
Income Opportunity
Host as many dinners as you want — there's no cap. Per-dinner pay, sponsorship commissions, and bonuses. The more you build, the more you earn.

Bring a local sponsor to the table — a restaurant, coworking space, startup tool, or local brand — and earn 20% commission on every sponsorship dollar they spend. Sponsors you source stay yours for the life of the relationship.
